Jingmin is a company director and business consultant with expertise on strategy, finance and Asia/China.
Jingmin is a director and Thought Leadership Committee Chair of the Australia China Business Council (ACBC), a member and a director of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Society of Sydney, and a member of Macquarie University Council. Jingmin was a Non-Executive Director of an ASX listed mining company.
Her consultancy, Jing Meridian, advises board and senior management on investment, strategic management and cross-cultural management. She is a senior advisor to leading organisations and the bilingual business magazine Higher View Business.
Previously she spent over a decade in executive roles with L.E.K. Consulting, Boral Limited and Leighton Holdings, with responsibilities covering strategy, M&A transactions, investment review and Asian expansion. During this period, Jingmin also served as a member of the business liaison program of the Reserve Bank of Australia. Prior to that, Jingmin started her career as a development program officer at Ministry of Commerce in Beijing, working with AusAID and United Nations on aid projects in over twenty provinces in China.
Jingmin holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing and an MBA from AGSM in Sydney. Jingmin is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a CFA Charterholder and an Alumni Leader of the UNSW Business School.
